Yoga is great for reducing stress as well as improving your sleep, balance and flexibility.

Mostly my classes are suitable for starters, beginners upwards and all ages and stages including seniors.

I give lots of options to make sure classes are inclusive to those with a stronger practice as well as starters / beginners.

I run

• Dedicated beginner's yoga classes - 4-week blocks so you can start yoga with a group of new students.
• Public classes - each class is open to all to book on the Momoyoga booking platform
• Workshop events - these are every few months and work on a selected area or level
• Private (1-2-1 or 1-2-2 students) yoga - these classes are for someone who wants to develop their practice or indeed start a yoga practice before attending a public class
• Mini at home retreats - if you fancy three hours at yours our mine for a mini retreat get in touch.
